E'LORA
Concept
E’LORA treats chocolate as a quiet daily ritual and not as an occasion. Eight small liqueur inspired pieces come in two packaging forms that share one calm, restrained language.
- Quiet luxury. Soft beige, warm sand and cocoa, with a small gold foil mark.
- Sliding box. A cream sleeve and drawer with eight cells in two rows of four.
- Tube. A sand colored tube, pieces stacked inside and pushed out one at a time through a slot.
- Ritual first. Made for coffee breaks and slow moments, not for gifting.

Brief
A course project in brand identity and packaging design. After critiques during the course, we revised the brand and its packaging several times. We looked at the premium chocolate market and asked what it leaves open.
Problem and gap
In the premium chocolate market, brands usually stress either emotional, gifting driven luxury or product focused craftsmanship. That leaves little room for people who want chocolate as a calm, personal moment: a quiet pause, a reflective break, a companion to coffee.
Few brands treat chocolate as a ritual based sensory companion instead of something for an occasion. This is the gap E’LORA responds to.
Brand
E’LORA is born from the wish to slow down and rediscover chocolate as a personal ritual. The name evokes softness, flow and emotional warmth, and its fluid sound suits a medium premium position.
- Mission. To craft refined chocolate experiences that bring calm, warmth and intention into everyday life.
- Vision. To redefine indulgence as a mindful, personal ritual where subtlety comes before excess.
- Values. Crafted simplicity, purity and quality, quiet elegance, sensory ritual, integrity and transparency.
- Tone. Warm and refined, calm and never loud. Short, poetic phrases and a slow, gentle rhythm.
“Taste the Quiet Luxury.”
User
The target user is The Modern Aesthete: 25 to 40 years old, urban and design aware, someone who values quality over quantity and sees chocolate as a ritual and not a snack.
The persona is fictional: Elif, 32, an art director in Istanbul. “Luxury, for me, is found in quiet moments, not in excess.” She wants calm, high quality personal rituals and avoids loud, trend driven consumption. She is tired of over designed luxury packaging and of brands that feel performative.
The collection
One box holds eight bite sized, cylindrical, soft filled chocolates. Each has a liqueur inspired aroma, and a subtle colour accent on each piece gives an intuitive flavour cue without breaking the calm look.
- Espresso liqueur, made to go with coffee.
- Amaretto, soft, warm and lightly sweet.
- Orange peel liqueur, fresh with a refined bitterness.
- Hazelnut liqueur, round, nutty and comforting.
- Vanilla liqueur, smooth and balancing.
- Dark cherry liqueur, deep and rich, for slow evenings.
- Spiced rum, gentle warmth without alcoholic dominance.
- Plain dark cocoa, the non liqueur anchor of the collection.
Packaging
The form language is restrained and undecorated, so the focus stays on craft and touch. Two packaging forms carry the same eight pieces:
- Sliding box. A matte cream sleeve and drawer, 180 × 95 × 30 mm, with a moulded insert of eight round cells in two rows of four. The logo is stamped in foil on the sleeve.
- Tube. A slim sand colored tube, 55 mm wide and 210 mm tall, with a dark cocoa cap. The pieces are stacked inside and pushed out one at a time through a slot, which suits slow, controlled eating. Each piece is 32 mm across and 14 mm thick.
Identity
The logo is an oval cameo of a woman enjoying a piece of chocolate, with a flowing wordmark. The palette is soft beige, warm sand, cream, dark taupe and charcoal cocoa. The type system goes from the wordmark through headline and body text, in a calm, high contrast style.
Process
From first sketches of the box and the stacked tube, through technical drawings with dimensions and folding lines, to the final renders.
